By using Big Zen AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms govern your access to and use of the Big Zen AI platform and services, including the AI chatbot, CRM tools, automations, and integrations provided as part of your plan.

2. Data Use & Privacy

Big Zen AI does not access, share, sell, or use any of the data you upload or generate in your account for any purpose outside of service delivery.

  • All uploaded contacts, conversations, customer data, or any lead data remains 100% your property.

  • W do not use your data for training AI models, analytics, or marketing purposes.

  • We only access your account with your permission and only for system maintenance, updates, or technical support.

Your data privacy is a top priority. We are fully committed to operating within GDPR and all applicable data protection laws.

3. Service Scope

Big Zen AI provides:

  • Custom AI chatbot setup via SMS, voice and/or website chat

  • CRM configuration

  • Calendar and appointment booking tools

  • Review collection automation

  • Optional outbound lead engagement via AI (if enabled by you)

All services are fully managed and customised based on your business details submitted at onboarding.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or suspicious activity.

5. Access for Support

To provide updates, troubleshoot technical issues, or improve your experience, our support team may occasionally access your account. We will always respect your privacy and follow strict internal policies when doing so.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

There are no contracts or long-term commitments — we believe in earning your trust with great service, not lock-in terms.

7. No Signature Required

By using Big Zen AI, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use. No physical or digital signature is required.
